ScholarSaathi Wallet – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 28.04.2025

ScholarSaathi.com, a unit of Earth of World Foundation (CIN: U85499BR2025NPL075574), provides a digital wallet system for students. The Foundation is a registered non-profit under Section 8 of the Companies Act.

1. Purpose of Wallet

• The wallet is a reward-based system to encourage participation in scholarship exams and educational activities.
• It is not a banking wallet or an RBI-licensed payment system.
• Credits can be earned via referrals, achievements, or promotional activities.

2. Non-Cash Nature

• Wallet balance is non-cash, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable.
• It can only be used on ScholarSaathi.com for:
  • Scholarship exam registrations
  • Practice/mock test enrollments

3. Referral-Based Wallet Credits

• Credits may be earned by referring students who successfully register.
• Example: 20 valid referrals = ₹100 wallet credit.
• ScholarSaathi reserves the right to verify all referred data.

4. Validity and Expiry

• Credits are valid for 6 months from the credit date.
• Unused credits will expire automatically without refund.

5. Abuse & Misuse

• Use of fake accounts, bots, or impersonation may result in loss of wallet balance and account suspension.

6. Right to Modify or Terminate

• The Foundation reserves the right to change wallet terms or terminate the program at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Scholarship

• Wallet credits do not guarantee selection. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, eligibility, and internal review.

8. Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall fall under the legal jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar.
