📋 Job Responsibilities – Programme Manager
As a Programme Manager – Scholarship Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing the state-wise scholarship campaign plan
- Supervising district coordinators, outreach executives, and back office team
- Coordinating student registrations and follow-ups via telecallers
- Supporting tie-ups with schools/coaching centres for outreach
- Monitoring offline/online exam setup, logistics, and supervisor assignments
- Ensuring proper reporting, result submission, and documentation
- Submitting weekly/monthly performance reports to the Head Office
- Using tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Zoom for team management
