At ScholarSaathi.com, a project of Earth of World Foundation (CIN: U85499BR2025NPL075574), we strive to maintain transparency in all financial transactions. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any examination fee payment.

1. Examination Registration Fee

The online scholarship examination conducted by ScholarSaathi.com requires students to pay a nominal, non-refundable registration fee of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only).

2. No Refund Policy

• Once the examination registration fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refund will be provided for absence, disqualification, or failure to attend the examination for any reason.
• The fee is collected solely for processing, verifying, and allocating examination access for eligible students.

3. Cancellation Policy

• After payment, the registration cannot be cancelled or transferred to another student.
• ScholarSaathi.com reserves the right to cancel any registration in case of fraudulent information or misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be processed.

4. Technical Errors

If any payment is deducted but the registration confirmation is not received, students or parents are advised to contact us within 3 working days with valid proof of transaction.
